America First Movement Was Co Opted
Saying "America First" doesn't necessarily mean the speaker actually champions average Americans' needs.

America First is a popular idea. People want their needs met; their feelings heard. They want a leader and leaders who will theoretically, if not literally stand by their side; Not someone who helps the banks, but leaves them high and dry; Not someone who hands out their hard-earned money to people who aren’t even American…
The problem is that the America First movement, like nearly everything, has been co-opted. It has been snatched up by people who have absolutely no intention of helping average Americans at all.
Putting the needs of average Americans first makes perfect sense, and would be a winning strategy for politicians to run on, but they are always owned by their financial backers in the end.
Average Americans hear "America First," and think Yeah! They’re for me! But they aren’t. Those politicians are being political. They are why everyone hates politicians. They’re talking out of both sides of their mouths. They are just using the slogan. They’re riding a wave.
It’s time to take the wave of an idea, and turn it into a tsunami; Push politicians into actually doing what average Americans really want. It’s time to put America Actually First.
How do we do this?
By primary-ing purchased politicians... Stay tuned for more.
